Talking Question on CM9-anybody else have this?

On the back of the gun where the polymer and the slide back meet, does anyone else's feel like the polymer is sticking out a little bit. I have 300 rounds through her and I hadn't noticed this before (I think). It almost is like it needs to be filed a little bit. Just checking to see if anybody else has this. Thanks!

Haven't noticed that with my CM9 which I got about 5-6 weeks ago.

Is that a cosmetic issue or are you experiencing some function issues?

It's come up now and again on the forum. Doesn't effect anything functionally. If you want to take the time to send it back Kahr will take care of it.

As of now no malfunctions. Doesn't really bother me I guess unless it will cause problems later. Love this gun and do not want to send it in and be gun less. Thanks for all the help!

It is normal. And will not effect function.

But, it is easy to make it perfectly flush if you want to. I did it to mine and it looks and feels great. I Just filed it down a little at a time checking for fit, then smoothed and blended the finish with some very fine sand papers.

Just noticed this on mine in the past week and was wondering the same thing. My pistol has 1,300 rounds through it. Glad to hear it's nothing to worry about.

Yep. I fooled around with it a little this weekend with some 600 grit paper to make sure that if I went after it I wouldn't make an mess. I worked on it just enough to see that it will indeed go away with a little light file work.
