Wow! That is sweet! I may have to try at least a little smoothing on mine. But "professionally polished"? Not in my lifetime, maybe "no longer flat looking".

Yes. The barrel and ramp are polished to a mirror finish. It was worth it to me because it is everything that I wanted in my daily CC companion.
Interestingly, what looks like bright yellow paint on the sights in a couple of the pictures is a photographic or lighting anomaly. The sights are the original white on the gun. Tim is still puzzled about how they could look so brilliantly yellow in those photos!
I told Tim that I remembered seeing a product like that on the web: bright colored light activated luminescent paint in various colors that can be applied to gun sights. He liked the idea.
