I have a new Remora holster for my CW9. I have not had time to wear it very long. It does carry as advertised. That is when it is placed it does not move, securely holds the pistol and is easy to draw. So far I have tried carrying reversed behind the back, in front of the hip and now cross draw. I have decided reversed in the middle of the back is not a great place to carry. For me cross draw is awkward and uncomfortable. Strong side in front of the hip works best for me. As a lefty even driving is not a problem. There are some great perks to being a lefty. I will try this for a few days and add more after some everyday experience. Right now it feels a little strange, you know no clip or strap to fasten it to your belt, but it sure is easy to pickup and slide in place.

Thanks for the report. I've wondered how well those worked. I'm looking for something like that to go in my inside vest pocket

...Say what now? No clips or straps to hold it on your belt? Is it just tacky?

...Say what now? No clips or straps to hold it on your belt? Is it just tacky?I find it needs a little pressure from a belt to stay put. It also makes you sweat at the contact point. Works well enough when the gun is under about 17-18 oz. I bought mine for a Sig P238 which weighs > 15 oz empty. I have other holsters I prefer for it. I believe you can return it after trying it for yourself.

I carry my Remora in my pocket all the time, and usually with a pair of cargo pants I can do that in the cargo pocket.

Yes, the outside of the holster is tacky. It is some thicker than my Uncle Mike #3 pocket holster and covers more of the trigger guard. I like it but only cargo pants have pockets large enough for me to carry in a front pocket. its very bulky in jeans. My CM9 carries better in the remora than the CW9 because of the shorter grip. I plan to keep the holster and continue trying it out in different situations.

I have been messing around with IWB carry after the last few years of OWB or in the pocket. I bought an ACE Case a few weeks ago for my CW9 and really like it. A little after that I bought a Remora for in the pocket.
Well today, I decided to give the Remora an IWB ride. It was very comfortable and stayed in place all day. Between the tension of the belt and the tackiness of the holster, it wasn't going anywhere. I usually wear a Tshirt under my shirts anyway, so there is nothing against my skin.
I recommend the Remora (and the ACE Case as well).

I usually carry my PM9 OWB in a Mitch Rosen belt slide (from the Kahr shop), but when I choose to carry IWB, the Remora is awesome.
My wife has one for her Bodyguard 380 too.

I have a Remora and would describe it as just okay. Though I mostly pocket carry my PM9 I will occasionally AIWB which is why I got the Remora. It does move on me and it does have to be adjusted a bit through the course of the day. I'm happier with the inexpensive clip holster I use for my Glock 26. Keep meaning to get back to Remora to see if the would exschange the holster for their double mag holder.

Well I have to take back my comments on pocket carry and the Remora! I have been carrying in the front left pocket of my Wrangler jeans with my CM9 in the Remora. I did not realize how well the small CM9 would fit in a pocket. In a pair of Docker's it almost disappears while standing and is still available while sitting in this style of pant. Still really like the Remora. So IWB with the CW9 or CM9 and easy pocket carry with the CM9! I guess the little P32 will rest in the safe for the time being.

I'll start by saying that I don't like IWB holsters, any of them, but I do occasionally use the Remora. It's the only one that I have found half-way comfortable. I do pocket carry the LCP and PM9, especially in hot weather, but for a pants pocket I use a pocket holster. I have found the thicker Remora handy for pocket carry in an inside jacket pocket. It holds the gun in position in the larger pocket, and will not come out with the pistol.
