First time out with my CM9
50 rounds of Tula 150 rounds of WWB
2 FTE and 1 FTF in early first 100 rounds as I broke in the pistol.
0 problems 2nd 100 rounds
JHP's fed perfectly (Corbon DPX)
A new pistol is added to CCW rotation to go with my M&P 45 compact!
(The FTF was on a Tula, and the dimple was deep, it was a bad round, I bet)
Pistol was more accurate than I was
The CM9 fit a gap that I had for when I want to slip a pistol in a pocket
or go out quickly.
I purchased a CT laser and remora holster, both of which are awesome!
A winner from Kahr !!!! (And Remora, and CT)

Sounds like you're good to go ifin the DPX you tested is what you're going to carry.

In the past i tested the DPX on my own, shooting into wetpack, using milk jugs and 4 layers of blue jean matierial on the first jug.
I tested it against many of the other popular JHP rounds.
The DPX performed better (expansion and penetration) than any other in my k9.
I use the DPX in my 45 as well
Just for chuckles, I attempted to slingshot the rail.......... It feeds fine!
I wonder if kahr has changed something lately to allow this, as i see more and more people reporting that they are sling shotting theirs
I will probably resist buying anymore tula ammo in the future.

IMO I think the dpx is the best round one can stick in the pipe... Not sure I have ever read where a gun owner of any tupe everhad feed issues with dpx either...The all copper barnes HP bullet is awesome..

I love good CM9 reports. Congrats. I'm not too sure about that Tula ammo either. I bought 500 rounds of .45 and it may have caused me some problems on my 1911 due to steel case. I'm switching back to brass and time will tell. If I find out anything interesting I'll let everyone know.

Dean,
What weight 9mm DPX were you using? I'm thinking of getting some 115+P for my new P9 and my old SIG P239.
CM9's.... last pony out of the stall... they ought to have had most production bugs worked out in previous PM9's.
And so it seems they have. Very few problems reported here about the CM9's... mostly praise of a well priced pistol, turning in good performances on paper, and being operationally excellent for the most part.
I'll get a CM45 when and if.... One can never have too many .45s

I buy cheap ammo, but always make sure it is brass cased.
Nix the Tula and try some of this...
