To all members have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Here is the latest update regarding the second repair of my PM 45. I have to mention, Kahrs service has been outstanding both times I had to send the gun back for repair. I was hoping to get the gun back before Christmas but no go, however, Kahr did one better, they called me and advised me I would be receiving a New PM45, they couldnt get my original gun to function properly. It will be shipped next Tuesday to my FFL and hopefully by next Thursday I will have it. With the Holidays everything is on a slow track but I am happy with how they handled everything. When I get the gun I'll post how things go but it may be after New Years. I'm still recovering form spinal surgery and have to take things easy. Anyway, to everyone, Have a Great Holiday. JL

It's nice to know that Kahr CS will do whatever it takes to make it right.

Merry Christmas to you as well! Certainly, with a new PM45 and a new bionic back, the New Year will be happy for you. Congratulations! :)

They certainly took care of me well, and quickly on a frame replacement. Zero issues since then, and frankly... that "sole me" on two more PM series pistols. I see nothing better out there for daily carry when size and weight matter.

When we buy a gun we all have the expectation of it functioning 100% but that is not always the case. The true worth of a company is what they do to correct the problems and how they treat their customers.
Since I bought the PM45 I had issues with it and Kahr has been outstanding to deal with, not because they gave me a new gun but because they treated me and others respectfully. We dont always get what we want, I also never thought they would replace my gun, more a hope that they would. My original gun had issues that I believe affected its use as a defensive weapon, it was not reliable as a CCW, apparently Kahr felt the same way. I think all we want is for a company to back up its products, you cant ask for more than that and Kahr seems to be doing a pretty good job at it. JL

Kudos to Kahr for their CS. It's great when the experts tell you that you were right all along.
