I have looked and searched through the forum, I was wondering if anyone knows how or what to get to make a mag be flush at the bottom of the grip?

You can order the metal baseplates used on PM,CM,MK40 6-round mags and switch them out and you will end up with maybe 1/8" sticking out. I don't know of anything more flush for you than that

Indigo,
I was looking at the magazine and at the bottom of the mag not counting the polymer hangs out farther than that, are there other models of 40 mag's i can use?

Here's a photo of my P9 with the metal baseplate. It's about 5/32" out the bottom. I don't know of a better Kahr soloution for the 9/40 as I believe they use the same size magazines. I've personally tried to cut the bottom of the magazine and bend new wings but the metal work hardened and broke. I'm not even sure a big press machine could bend it as it's likely been treated somehow once it was done at factory. I'm not a metallurgist so I don't know the details. Some people have had success modifying 1911 magazines for the P/CW 45 model. I wonder what you get using a 1911 9mm magazine? I think the 9/40 model has a slightly shorter grip than the P45 model so I don't know that a 9mm 1911 magazine would be any more flush than the Kahr magazine I have. I followed that thread for my P45 quite some but gave up at about page 4 if you read from page 5 on maybe somebody tried the 9mm 1911 mag thing. But I don't know of any other Kahr mags that will get what you want sorry.
