Visiting family today in So Florida , I went to a local gun range. While browsing the displays a found a brand new T9 (not night sights) for sale for $588. This is an inventory reduction and won't be available after the first of the year.
From what I've seen this is an extremely good price. If I didn't have one already, I would have this one.
