Why is my CM9 barrel stamped 9X19 CM rather than 9X19 MM?
Didn't want to waste bandwidth with such a stoopit question, but it keeps me awake at night.

LOL
Run 9x19mm through it and sleep well.

It might be just the marking to distinguish between the different 9x19 models Kahr makes so there is no mix up.

well, if were going to get technical it is mm and cm NOT MM and CM. I think it was mentioned, but it, I believe, is to distinguish a PM9 barrel from a CM9 barrel.

Seems obvious that it would be to distinguish between the CM and PM since the PM has polygonal rifling.

If I got a 9 cm gun I would have to get a roof mount for my truck but man would that be some fun. That would be like a 3 1/2 inch shell!!! :D:D:D

My PM9 only has 9x19 written on the barrel hood viewed through the ejection port.
No mm, cm or any other nomenclature.
I suppose yours has CM written on it to designate the cut rifling as opposed to the polygonal rifling.

Go get a small hammer and punch. Put a dot before the first 9. It will say .9 x19 cm and be correct !!!
