I saw one at the local shop on Christmas Eve. Didn't know before that though.

might just be the photo but that cylinder in the 22 looks very odd..

It's an 8 shot, definitely not something of interest to me - especially for how much they want for it. I'll stick $450 into .38 ammo and use what I have.

Why?
Why?
I agree. Always thought the LCP was an odd Ruger misstep in the first place....a leap on the bandwagon answer without a question. The .22 version actually generates a question.
If I wanted a J-Frame .22, I'd buy a J-Frame .22.

I've got the .38+P and .357 versions. Great revolvers. I prefer the Ruger LCR trigger geometry to the S&W equivalents. This .22 version however, has no current appeal to me. Unless they got a single-action mechanism incorporated into the .22, I can't see a serious reason to get one, other than to complete the collection.
I bet they sell a lot of them though.
I hope they eventually put out a 3" barrelled .357 version. Until then, I'll hang on to my 3" SP101.

Perhaps for folks who don't want the recoil of a .38 or for folks who want to practice a lot and have an LCR.
Don't think I will get one. If it doesn't sell, it will be discontinued...
Fugly revolver if ya ask me.

Always felt that I liked all hair colors on a girl.
But at some point I couldn't help but notice that ALL my girlfriends,
and two ex-wives, were brunette.
Having three revolvers now,
I can't help but notice they are all S&W pre-lock guns.
