I got a CPL on the premise that this might some day be true. Today it isn't for two reasons. 1. There isn't much shopping inside Detroit. 2. Only about 1 in 28 adults over age 20 have a CPL. Many CPL holders do not carry 100% of the time. I suppose they are offset by those carrying illegally. For every 100 adults in a store, there are probably three of them armed. I'm not paranoid, I'm prepared.
