I'm a big fan of the bicycle innertube for a grip. Considering that you get about 40 of them from a standard 26" bike tire for about 3 bucks that proves very cost effective. Some other fine people will weigh in shortly on the holster situation as that depends on your preferred method of carry. Welcome.

You could probably squeeze on a Hogue Handall Jr. on there too.

Welcome to the forum! :) You got the best value going in a high quality and very carryable 45 auto. I have a CM9. I have done a lot of research on holsters and carry options. Bought quite a few, returned a couple of them and sold some. What I have settled with are two IWB holsters.
The first is a very light and extremely comfortable Kydex holster. Here is a post with pics that tells all about it:

The other is a work of art in leather that is made by one of our members (jlaudio29). His workmanship is second to none, even the greats. And his holsters are VERY affordably priced. Here is a thread with a lot of pics featuring some of his splendid work:

Also check out Garrett Industries, top notch folks who put out top notch holsters and accessories. I personally love the leather lined kydex, there's nothing else like it on the market that I'm aware of.

I got a Handall Jr. to fit. I warmed it up with a hair dryer, then squirted the CW45's handle with windex to make it slippery, then worked the Handall Jr. on very carefully so not to tear it. I put a CT laser on mine limiting the holster choices and settled on a Remora size 4A. I'm surprised how well that stays put without any clips or anything. Make sure your belt runs across it to add tension or it can slip though.

I had the Hogue Jr and they wore out to soon for me. I got the A Grips which fit better without trimming and have held up very well.
For the holster, I strongly recommend Garrett's Silent Thunder IWB. It is a Kydex shell lined with a premium soft leather which protects your finish from Kydex wear. You can learn more about them on this page (http://garrettindustries.mybigcommerce.com/silent-thunder-iwb/) and from there go to home to learn more about the company. Although a family business they also supply military and several law agencies. They are good people who stand behind their products.

High Noon Holsters has a huge selection for the CW45, including many that fit it with the Crimson Trace. I got one of their IWB tuckable ones for the CW45 with laser, but with the size of my hands I am not sure I am liking the laser, may sell the CT and holster on here soon. As for the grip, I have the AGrip, had to trim it a lot, maybe I was sent the wrong one, it is great.

His website is not finished, yet. He posts pics and makes contact through Facebook and email:

I didn't notice that your gun isn't on his list. It wouldn't hurt to email Paul and ask: PJHolster@gmail.com

I did speak to jlaudio2 about a holster for the CW45 with CT. He said he does not have a mold for/access to a CW45. He said if he got one, I could send him the CT and he would make a holster.

I favor the bicycle tube slip on as it doesn't have the finger thingy in front and it fits over more of the CW45 grip than the Hand-All does. It also allows the stippling of the grip to poke out just a bit in the front and back to aid in the overall feel of the grip.
