New here, just got a new CW9

Hey folks,
I've been researching CCW pistols this past several days and today made the decision. Went to my dealer and bought the CW9.

Going to take her out next weekend and break it it. I already cleaned it and used Tetra on the rails. I'm going to watch a movie tonight and rack the slide a few hundred times to help break in. :D

Very excited about how well this pistol feels and will carry. The Kahr seems to be the perfect CCW piece, and I am praying mine is a good one!

Looks like I arrived here with my new CW9 just a couple of days before you. I put my 200 break-in rounds through the gun yesterday without a hitch. I hope yours goes just as well.

Thanks guys. I'm hoping being cleaned, lubed and cycled a lot beforehand will insure smooth break in.

The CW9 pistol is a great carry gun and mine has been troulble free from the beginning. Just shoot it and enjoy being another satisfied Kahr owner. The little club seems to be growing here lately. People are finding out what a great value the kahr CW series is for the money.

Finished the break in on my CW9 yesterday and is has been 100% reliable even with lead bullets. I am a happy CW9 owner.
