Just went past the 4K round count through the PM9. Ran 200 today using the 7 rnd. mags without a malfunction. Only one fail-to-feed the first round from the 7 rnd. mag in over 4,000 rnds and that happened wen it was new.
Now I if I could hit the target, that would be great news.
I'm happy!!!

I failed to mention that approximately 2700 of the 4000 rnds. are with the Wolffs 20.5#, 13 coil recoil spring that some assume won't function with the new tapered slide.

Good job. How many recoil spring assembly's have you replaced?

Just one assembly but now using the second set of Wolffs 20.5# springs. I remove the nut and change both springs. It's the outer spring that's 2lbs. heavier than the OEM.

That's impressive. So I take it that your PM9 is "keeper". :)

Yes, it's a-keeper. I purchased it in 8-2010 while my month old P380 was back at Kahr for service. The PM9 is great to carry IWB. Not very accurate with it, I hit low left, shoot my PM45 much better. Also have installed the Wolffs 5# striker and x-power mag. springs.
FYI, When I measure the rate of the OEM PM9 and PM45 recoil springs, they are the same at 18#.

Watch this video and see if it doesn't help with the low left problem. Left is usually a result of improper trigger squeeze and low is usually a result of improper sight picture or anticipating recoil and tightening your grip at let-off.
