New CM9

Picked up my new CM9 yesterday. Ran about 125 flawless rounds through it.

Love this little 9mm. Surprisingly soft shooting even not that bad with ranger 127s

Was also the first time in a long time that I had shot a gun at all. Was concerned that joint pain would not allow enjoyment of shooting, especially with a light little gun like the Kahr.

Interesting in that I reloaded using both the slingshot and the slide stop method and both worked fine.

Good report. And welcome to the forum! :) These little guns are surprisingly light on recoil, especially weighing just a lb. Kahr's patented offset feed ramp allows the trigger mechanism to sit somewhat beside it, allowing the barrel to bet set closer to the plane of your grip, lessening felt recoil and muzzle flip.

Another good report on the CM9. My CM9 & CW9 have both been flawless. Great guns.

Good report. I understand about the joints. Before my Celebrex I'd take a couple Alieve before shooting or going for a walk which helped a lot. I still don't shoot a lot of rounds at a time, unless Rogerdoger makes me shoot his guns!

I owned a P9 when they first came out. I like the CM9 a lot better for my uses.

Ran another 107 rounds through the CM9 today. Ran perfectly again. :)

The mag I ordered hadn't come in yet though :(
