That guy can shoot! I was wondering who was shooting what while he was retrieving the 100-yard target.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CbF5oxsdrMY Where is that muzzle pointing at 1:15?

Loved his head wear. Gotta be great when the grand kids have birthdays :)

If he did shoot them that's some nice shooting. Kind of like lobing motars in I would imagine. With all that wind I'd still have to see that first hand to believe it. Also calling them kill shots might be a stretch. Glad he didn't have a heart attack walking that 100 yds. I was a bit concerned after listening to him after walking 50.

Agreed. There is no way that sheriff badge at the first of the video was his. He would have killed over after the first foot Chase. Maybe that is why hr practices shooting handguns at 100 yards because he sure isn't going to catch the bad guy on foot.

If there are any large frame forum members please don't take offense but rather hit the gym so you can live to enjoy your grandchildren.

Was guy #1 trying to **** the hammer after every shot?

Whats with that "thumb on the slide" thing he's doing after every shot.

And... gotta remember, those are ok full size targets, not the "No.4 washtub" that we sometimes use.

That is what you call a dangerous twitch!

He DIDN'T thumb the slide once .. I wonder if that was his flier?

... making his hand motions myself here... he's still got his hammy finger pressed thru the trigger guard, presumably on the trigger, when he's doing that...

I dunno, that just does not sit well with me. Its like the pistol jumped, and he's pushing it back down into that catcher's mitt of a right hand of his.

Also.. just looked at the 100yd shootin'... he lowers the pistol with his finger in the trigger guard, and lifts it again, same thing... finger in the guard.

I'm sure he's a fine shot - evident by the success, but that finger needs some edjumacation.

I think you nailed it.

"That was the first time shooting it, and there is only room with my big hands to hold it with two fingers, so when it went off the gun moved a tad, and it is reflex for me to move it back to position. I didn't think about it or notice while doing it, but I did see it as well when I viewed the video for the first time. I was target shooting so I held it lightly, versus when I shoot rapid fire in Part Two with an iron grip, thus, I did have the need to do it."

Look, someone edited my post. :001_huh:

It's a pretty common shooting term.

That's my take as well. Looks like the gun is jumping out of his hand and he's pushing it back down so he can get a new grip.

Thing seems to buck like a beast too, I'm a little surprised at that.
