Well I sold my CW 40 last year and bought a Glock 23. Not taking anything away from Glock, but just didn"t like the feel of it. Never could get comfortable shooting it. After a couple rounds, always had to readjust my grip. I never could get used to carrying IWB, just to bulky and heavy. With all that said, I'm going to buy another CW40 tommorow. I've missed it ever since I got rid of it. Is Kahr having any kind of promotion going on? I'll buy a second mag too. Just wanted share this. Can't wait till tommorow,Ha!

Buds has the CW40 for cheap!

With the CM40 comming out soon I imagine the CW might go a little out of favor. But I don't see how it could go any lower in price.

the cw40 is a different gun than the cm40. Onemore round, more grip, both for many is the desired option not availallbe for any cm series. If ur gonna pocket carryt then the cm40 will IMO trump the cw40, but for waist band, the cw40 will probably trump the cm40, due to reason above.

Nice to now have a choice though.

There is no sin in owing BOTH.

Welcome back. Go ahead and take something away from Glock. :D

I've had seven Kahrs and currently have four. Up until recently when I got a CW45, the CW40 was my favorite belt carry pistol. It packs a lot of fire power for it's size and weight as does the CW45.

Welcome to the forum! I do not hate Glocks, they are good firearms, but they are not my cup of tee.

Jet Guns has the CW40 for 335.00. I think shipping is free, it was on my CW45 I ordered from them.

Thanks for the info and the welcome back. I checked a while back on a local FFL to ship a firearm to and was told they charge $100. I can buy a cw40 at a local gun shop for $399. If I have any problems with it in 30 days, they will handle the shipping too.

Do an online search for FFLs in your zip code. That is highway robbery. Mine runs a jewelry store and a Radio Shack, and does transfers for me for $20.
