I've been using the reduced power spring for about 1300 rounds in my CM9 and it as performed perfectly. No light primer strikes. The trigger is a little lighter, but still safe enough for me.

I think I got it from midway while I was ordering some other stuff:

32K out of my PM9 and over 5K out of my K9 with the 5# striker sprng, never an issue, ur not gonna get light strikes fromthe 5# spring.

actually kahr factory springs are between 6-7.5#. they vary due to just springs being a variance. If one ask kahr they will say around 7.5# is the trigger poundage. Takes a good trigger gauge to get the truth and then it needs to be taken when new, as the striker spring will also lighten up with usage. I have a cheapo gauge and wmy 5# striker with over 32K out of it, reads a tad under 5#. It isnot to light as the trigger travel is still 3/8" . Nice thing is that it just drops in the striker channel with no mods and if u don';t oike it, then go back to factory springs. I order mine from wolffs direct. All kahrs use the sae striker spring (except 380)

Mine has not had any light strikes or any malfunctions period.I do like the trigger better, still using the stock recoil springs and havnt had any misfeeds. Round count around 1000 or so...PM9... nothin else like it!:)

Another one for the 5 pound spring. No light strikes with any ammo after about 1,000+ rounds. I'm no longer counting rounds through my CW9.

glocks can go down to 3.5# so what is the big deal on 5#??? seems about right for me.. Unless ur one hell of a shooter to, it is har dto tell alot of difference in the 5# striker over a 6-7.5# kahgr factory spring, especially if u have a 6# facxtory spring for some reason, ur not gonna feel any difference, but it was qa cheap as change over and it hurts nadda to, so why not.
