Which Kahr pistol is in comparison to the CW45. I am looking for a OWB leather holster with the bodyguard/sweatguard. I do not want plastic or a holster that states one size fits all.

I have a Don Hume #721owb for my CW9 and has held up great. They just don't list one for a CW45. Thanks John

I'd think the P45 would be closest in size. The slide is machined a little differently, but I don't think this would affect fit in a leather holster; it might in a holster made of a more rigid material (ie, kydex).

Sideguard makes holsters with the features you are looking for and they list the P45: http://sideguardholsters.com/holsters/OWB_Holsters.htm

A nice guy working at a local gun store just helped me out with this on Wednesday. He uses it daily and recommends it to cutomers. Try a deSantis Mini Slide 086BA90Z0. It is made for Sig P220,226, and p229. Nice leather. $60

I would rate it a 98% fit. Fits slide and trigger guard great. Retention screw does its job on it. Notch on ejection port lines up pretty good.
It does have impressions on left side for the Sig controls but does not affect fit.

Good timing on your question. I just recently acquired a DM Bullard owb leather holster for a Glock 26 and it holds my CW45 perfectly, to the degree that I carry it over the 26 all the time. The Bullard holster has a nice cant, I have one for a 1911 and I have two of their gunbelts. Great leather, very supple.

I highly recommend the Bullard holster and the delivery time was great too.
