Holster for T9

I need a belt slide for a new T9 and was wondering whether any holster that fits a T40 or the TP's would work. There seems to be an extremely small difference in dimensions between all the T's and TP's. Also there is a small difference in dimensions when comparing the K series with the T9. I've heard that there is a lack of holsters available for the T9, but if all T's and K's can fit the same holster then this opens up a lot of additional choices.

I went through the opposite dalema with my T40. Some holsters are listed for both the T9 & T40 and I was afraid these holsters might be too tight on a T40 since they are .060 thicker then the T9. My holster fit my T40 perfect, but that doesn't anwser your question of if it would be loose on a T9.

If you haven't narrowed your search of manufacturers and locked in on one yet I will tell you what I would do. After buying my holster from jasonwinnie.com I would call or e-mail Jason and I think he could anwser any question you might have on his holsters and possibly questions on leather holsters that fit multiple models in general.

I have no connection to this company other than 1 holster I bought from them. I have pics of it in the T section, I may have posted it in the wrong section. After reading all the treads on T holsters before I bought it, I think there may be other manufacturers that also offer great personal service, but this is the only I have dealt with.

I've decided to narrow my search to Mitch Rosen (I have a few for other Kahrs and really like the finish and fit), Jason Winnie, and High Noon. All have made belt-slide holsters for the T9. Will report once I get one...

I have a Mitch Rosen Premier that I originally purchased for my K9. I like this holster very much. Easy on and off, the cant is good and the quality is good. I discovered that by massaging the open muzzle end, to open it up a little, that the longer T9 would fit this holster as well. Of course the barrel sticks out a little bit. Here's a pic of the T9 in the Premier. The P9 and TP9 fits as well, though snug.

Decided on a Mitch Rosen 5JR Express. I have one for a PM45 that I bought from Kahr shop 18 months ago which works perfectly (still get that click on holstering) and is well constructed. I found the Kahr shop difficult to navigate and assumed that there were no Mitch Rosen Express holsters for the T9 so ordered directly from MR and will have to wait about 3 weeks. Will post some pics when I get it.
