just got my first kahr. where do I find the serial number to register it?

The serial number will be located on the frame either on the left side of the grip or forward of the trigger guard. It's stamped into a metal tag on the polymer models. You can also find the serial number on the box that your Kahr comes in. Welcome to our neighborhood Mr. Rogers.
