Was on the range bright and early today and qualified 40 out of 40 with my T9.

Not really proud of the group but don't remember my last practice day.

40 out of 40 sounds good to me.

Does the qualification vary by department or State for retired LEO? What out of 40 would allow you to carry under HR 218? [Or I could just ask one of my brothers both of whom are retired form the job.]

Qualified on a state required course (active or retired).

The low shots are from the draw and shot from the hip; close range just rock out of the holster and fire two rounds.

Well in real life they would have been truly effective, I can assure you that.
