True! HGH is short for Human Growth Hormone. It is a very expensive, but legal form of therapy sometimes used by well heeled folks to regain a lot of their youthful vigor. It stimulates the muscle growth process, allowing people to gain muscle mass and helps with recovery, if you are an athlete.

It has some other nice side effects due to the increase in youthful vigor . . . hence the possible attraction for Mrs. Jocko. ;)
