My son and I took my CW9 out behind the barn this afternoon. One thing I love about living out in the country on a farm is the range is out behind the barn.

We only took one box of WW white box just to see how it run. 50 rounds of ww white box and 7 rounds of Critical Defense later.........a FLAWLESS run...

It's beginning to look like I'm no longer, "Skeptical about Kahr"....I like this little gun. I did notice a niche in the left rail in the frame that engages the bottom of slide. Will keep an eye on this, noticed in a couple of threads other people have had this problem. Even a chunk of the thin metal break off on some guns.Woe is me and my CW9 (http://kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?t=10650) ....hpg:D Happy Kahr Camper

That's good to know because I've been wondering about the little bugger too.

Yeah, faked me out when I first got my PM9.

Have you noticed the "bulge" yet?

That's normal too. Find only 4 more oddities and you win a prize...... :)

I wish I could shoot out behind the house. I have to drive somewhere.

"My son and I took my CW9 out behind the bar this afternoon."

Is this near the wood shed? I never liked to have to go there. :(

Nobody had the problem of a notch in the frame rail. Its there on purpose, so not a problem!~

The sole broken rail broke on the opposite side as the notch... not related at all.

Glad it worked great for ya!~ They tend to do just that.

I'm happy to hear this. I thought it was nicked.

I have not noticed a bulge......yet. hpg

You are going to enjoy shooting your CW9 and there is nothing to be skeptical about. All my Kahr’s and great shooters and have never given me any problems. Good luck and safe shooting.
