I’m a resident of Pennsylvania and have a Pennsylvania license to carry firearms but my license dose not cover South Carolina. Obviously I can not carry in SC but we will be spending a month in a rented condo, my question is would you still bring a weapon to keep in the condo?

you can have it in your room, in your glove box or console they do not have to
be locked just closed

I'd still bring a weapon to keep on my belt. I suspect even though your carry permit is no good there they don't get that worked up about it.

Keep it covered, be a good boy and be safe. If you get in a jam call, I'll send the cavalry.

Thank you, that's good to know.

I'm not 100% positive on this, but I believe sc is an open carry state. So u should be able to carry if u want. I do know it can be kept in the glovebox as well.

Sc is not an open carry state. Concealed carry is fine with a permit or one that is accepted from another state. No permit needed for in car but the firearm must be in a closed section of the vehicle. Such as glove box, a console, or trunk.
