Hey guys I've been jogging with a pt-2 holster for about two weeks now and I have some questions for others who might have experience with the holster. I have been wearing both under armor pants and gyms shorts depending on the temps here in ga. my pants are mostly relaxed and loose fitting while my shorts are a little tighter with the elastic waistband. The pt2 holster with my pants rides my waist (http://www.defensivecarry.com/forum/#) fine and stays low underneath my belly button, but with my shorts I fit the band of the holster underneath the band of my shorts and only the top inch of the front of the holster is above my shorts waistband- while i run with my shorts the holster starts to ride up and the band eventually rides up past my shorts with the front going up past my belly button and then the gun prints a little more through my shirt instead of being mostly below my shorts. I've tried the band loose and tight with my shorts and I wonder if its just the tighter band on the shorts forcing the holster band upwards. Sorry for the long story but I just wanted to throw this out there for anyone else with experiences to share with this holster. Thanks a lot guys.:80:

Interested in this as well as I'm looking for a running holster.

Well, I guess you need a belt, but the old style flap holster or field holster will keep the gun under control.

But you could use a velcro fastened nylon inner belt and wear it IWB and tucked out of sight. Like this: http://www.loopbelt.com/default.asp

Or, a good pancake style holster, possibly with a thumb break, would work IWB with a belt like that, too.

Just sharing some thoughts....
