Is this the MK that gave you all of the trouble and if so is it fixed?

$750 isn't bad, esp. with the NS and holster being that it is an Elite.

I am asking for someone else as I bought my Elite in Jan '10 for $714 and will be mounting XS Big Dot NS soon.

Yes and Yes. 240 rds after the 2nd trip, no issues.
