Just wanted to let my fellow lovers of Kahr's know, that I think my P380 is a keeper! :) I've read a lot of bad reviews on it all over the net, but realize that's just the way the internet goes. It's a RB serial number just so you guys know.

Took it back to the range today, and shot 200 rounds of various ammo types and everything went smooth. I shot American Eagle FMJ, Federal JHP, and Buffalo Bore +p Flat Nose, and kept excellent groupings at 7 yards. It seems to me that this little "guy" is going fit in perfectly with it's bigger brothers....my wife's PM9 and my K9 Elite. I just love how the P380 (in a Mika pocket holster) disappears in my front pants pocket, and gives me an option when carrying the K9 doesn't permit. Great little pocket .380!

I'll keep you posted on it's progression!

Welcome to KahrTalk. It is great that you got a good one.

Even though my most frequently carried pistol is my PM9 there are occasions when only my pocket .380 (P3AT) will do.

Thanks Bill K!

I tried to pocket carry a PM9, but it was just too much IMO.... so my wife ended up with it. She still carries it to this day. I too have a KT P3AT that I have pocket carried for a few years....it's been flawless after the first 50 break in rounds. I'm still not sure why, but I never fully trusted the P3AT and hate the trigger on it.... I'm guessing it's because of the quality of the firearm. While I do know of some reported problems with the Kahr P380, it certainly seems like a much finer made pistol compared to the KT. So far it looks like the P380 is going to sticking around and the P3AT might just have to find a new home.

Couple of hundred rounds out of the P380 at a crack is fun isn't it!
Not too many KelTec's you can say that for.
Love my P380 and it has earned a place in rotation.
Most likely CM9 next for when I can holster

FearlessNKY... Have you ever fired your P380 in a rapid fire sequence? My P380's were returned and had frame replacements. None of them could be rapid fired without failing. Its one thing firing them at a range and another firing it in a life threatening scenario. Afterall, that's what you bought it for.

Mine handled rapid fire drills just fine yesterday. Had no problem at all emptying the magazine as fast I could pull the trigger.
