I've had my CM9 for about a week, but recovering from pneumonia and work just whacked the heck out of me and I haven't had a chance to get it out for a trial run.

It's all cleaned, greased, slide worked over 500 or more and ready to go, to shoot with some factory and some proven reloads.

I'll give a report when I get home tomorrow.

Color me jealous... Tomorrow I'm going to go buy a new PM9, my first Kahr. I can't wait. I won't have a chance to go shoot it until probably Friday. Have fun.

Thanks, I will......I must say from everything I have shot or own, from p238's to Loaded's, to Glocks, and Sigs, I have never quite felt a gun quite like this pre-range.

You know, if I have jam after FTF's I'll be calling you all a bunch of kool-aid drinkers...lol

The pic is about 75 rounds at 15 feet unsupported.

I pulled the trigger 150 times and 150 times it went boom. I shot about equal number of rounds of Remington UMC, Federal, Theammoguy's reloads, that I know personally, and 6 Speer Gold Dot short barrel defense rounds WITHOUT one FTE, FTF, I slingshotted rounds into the chamber, I used the slide lock whatever, everything worked as it should with everything feeding and ejecting 100%.

The gun does have a bite to it and it's not a soft shooter, but the damn thing is accurate as hell once you use proper trigger control.

I started out shooting supported at 21 feet and after a mag or so was shooting patterned bulleyes and ragged holes. I just wanted a feel for the sights.

I then brought the target in to 15 which is what the picture is above and shot unsupported and just destroyed a 6 inch shoot and glow target.

Couple of thoughts.....1. It definitively is not a range gun but a reliable pocket protection gun which I will carry starting tomorrow, and which is what I bought it for. No issue for me in this department.

2. Kahr should be ashamed of themselves at the horrible fit of these mags in the gun. That is just disgustingly pitiful and shouldn't be accepted from a company trying to portray themselves as a top flight gun manufacturer.
I own a couple of Sigs, a Springfield Loaded, even a Bersa and all of them and the mags and fit are head and shoulders above what Kahr is trying to put out.

Overall I like the gun and it's what I expected and at a good price $360.00 plus tax new. A well functioning personal protection pocket gun.

I almost forgot, when I got home from the range, my gripall Hogue jr and Desantis SuperFly was waiting on the porch from Midway. They look like great fits and will enhance the use of the gun.

Lol, it's stuck on a 6 place paper target that I warmed up on. I just stuck that ShootNGlo up there for destruction effect....:p

LOL, I shoot quite a bit.

Actually this gun is very, very accurate as long as you focus on that trigger. It reminds me of my Sig 2022 in SA mode, with a very smooth take up and a very consistent break point, letting you really bear down on that critical break point for a good trigger stroke.

Enjoy your gun.

I figured I do a little update.

I am now up to 250 rounds of prefection, and have started carrying the gun in certain situations.

Slingshotting is rounds is no problem and it's a pleasure to carry.

Thank you for asking. That went away reasonably quick once I realized that this was a bit more then a common cold or the flu.

I was pure miserable for about 10 days before getting antibiotics and some strong cough syrup.

Night sweats and lungs drowning in phlegm are clues, too. Glad you're on the mend. :)

Damn this gun is boring, I can't get it to do anything other then go BANG every time I pull the trigger.:)

Well I'm at about 300 rounds or so, and it just creates jagged holes one on top of another on a piece of paper.
