Is anyone out there using a PJ IWB Holster, with a P380 with XS Big Dots on it? If so, are there any clearance issues at all? Just curious to know....

I don't think it will be a problem. PJ holsters are custom made one at a time. When you order the holster, ask Paul to make sure there is enough clearance.

Thanks JFootin!.... Problem is I already purchased the PJ holster, and have now been contemplating putting Big Dots on my P380.

If you do and if there is a problem, he can fix the holster you have to the new sights. I know this because when I bought my FO sights, I had the same question and that is what he told me. Dont know what shipping would cost. Maybe $12 round trip and a new holster is $40 so you would still be better off than getting a new one. BTW I think it was at no charge but I bought a lot of holsters from him so not sure it applies here. Probably does since he seems to really want his customers to spread the good word about his stuff.
