Anyone have a picture they could share of the Dawson Precision front night sight installed on their CW9? Going to pick up my new CW9 tomorrow and wanted to get an idea what the sight looks like before ordering one.

I know you did not ask but I am totally happy with the Dawson front site. Very easy installation. Perfect fit and nice quality. put 200 rounds through my CW last sat and I think the site is easier to see even in daylight.

Thanks for the additional info jjmc2001. Now since Kahr is once again offering the Trijicon front sight I have to decide between either the Dawsons or Trijicons. Decisions, decisions... Oh, how life used to be so simple...

The Dawsons are easier to see, I believe.

These are pix of the Dawson front n/s on my CM9.I plan to buy one for my CW45. I like them and they are easy to put on. They come with a tool and instructions to put them on. I hope this helped. :D

IMO Dawson are simply the best. I have them onmyh G19 D\awson fiber optic front and gbback fully adjustable sight. Most accurate sight system I have ever shot. I gotta say my G19 is a real shooter.. course I have had some serious action work done on it and of course magna ported and full grip stippled by accurate ironj.

Does the Dawson install just as easy as the Kahr Trijicon?

Yank off the factory and screw in the new with a little loctite?

That is exactly how it works. Takes about 60 seconds. Let the loctite dry and shoot the heck out of it. the kahr is probably similar

The DP front n/s that I put on my CM9 was
a stake on sight not screw on.
