TFO Tru Glow Sights.....

Any feed back on TFO [Tritium/Fiber Optic] Tru Glow Sights? How durable? Visable? Etc.?
I was just at Ahlman's and they tried to convince me to scrap my XS Bigdots and switch to TFO's. They are going to put a set on one of my gun's to try. They suggested the yellow rear green front set. The one gunsmith said he loves them, bright in day and bright at night. He claims once I try them I will switch all my guns over. :eek:

I have a set on my XDm .45 primary house gun. They work great in high and low light. I can find nothing bad to say about them.

Any issues with fiber optic coming loose? I am looking to try them on my XD 3.8 Compact 40.

I haven't had any problems with mine, but I've read on Glock Talk where some people have had problems. It makes me wonder what they are doing to their guns that I don't do to mine.

That was my greatest concern based in internet info, (Thank God for Al Gore inventing this here machine). My gunsmith said he has never had that problem. There are some who will CAREFULLY put a drop of super glue to absolutely secure them but I opted to leave them alone and have had no issues.
