My buddy just bought a PM 40 at my advice. He took it to the range to break it in; he told me that he was having a problem with his extended mag FTF. We took the gun to the range so I could shoot and evaluate it. I know there’s a problem with Kahrs follower’s so I took his extended mag apart and found that it felt like it was hanging up, made some small mods (file) to the follower after the range. The gun has not been shot since. But now that I think of it the mag would slide lock on rounds 2-4 then run fine. I sure it was slide lock because I released the slide lock to fire the next round. Hard to say don’t have direct access to the gun. On the plus side my MK9, 13yrs no issues. Any Help Thanks.
