1911 Magazine

About a month ago I purchased a Brand New Auto Ordnance 1911 Deluxe .45 that was old stock...test fired in 10/01. It came with one 7 round magazine. It has a "K" on the side and Made in U.S.A. Just recently, I ordered an additional magazine from Kahr...it is a 8 rounder...has a logo on bottom and two small holes on bottom. The newer one is easier to load...but I wondered what the differences of the two are. Thanks...I am NEW to this forum.

I can't help you with your question. My Auto Ordnance PKZSE only came with one 7 round magazine...with the "circle K" you describe. All the other mags I use in this firearm were bought at a PA gun show ( ten 7 rounders ) and are marked Colt 45 Auto with the rampant horse logo.
