Hey guys.
Got some XS sights in the mail yesterday so went with the P380 first on the sight removal.
I already had a XD sight removal tool so figured it could easily handle these.
Since the slide is obviously shorter in height I had to cut some shims out of aluminum stock.. used 1/4" but have several 1/4 and 1/16" pieces...

1) place drops of Kroil on the sights yesterday afternoon.
2) wipe off and reapply Kroil before bed.
3) put the slide in the pusher pushing from left to right as you look down the slide... shimmed everything up to protect the slide.
4) just turned the pusher screw (barely needed the allen wrench)...
They were WAY easier than my XD(m) sights were to get out...
Well pleased and saved a ton on time and money doing it myself.
Yeah the pusher is $100 (back when I bought it)... but I have used it 6 times so far and 2 more yet to do so when you figure $30 to $40 per removal and possibly ship fees both ways.... made sense for me to get it.
Sure glad I had it and again... made the job a breeze.
