Just received mine for my CM9. It's a work of art! (www.jamesdeangunleather.com (http://www.jamesdeangunleather.com)) Quality as good as I've ever seen, (As good as Milt Sparks) 8 weeks or so wait and a very reasonable price.

Very nice! I ordered one a couple of weeks ago for my CM9 then changed my mind and ordered it for my CW9. I have a Garrett ST OWB for my CW9 also and a pjholster IWB for my CM9 which I really like. I may end up getting the James Dean IWB for the CM9 yet, and then quit.:D I'm going to see how the James Dean works for the CM9 first. It's similar in size to the CW9, just a little bit shorter.

My James Dean came in this week!
My CW9 couldn't be happier.
This thing is a functional art piece. I also picked up a horizontal mag holder with some gator skin bling!

I dirtied it up a bit breaking it in today.

Just got my CHP a couple weeks ago so this is all new to me.
I wore it around the house today just trying to break it in. I love the draw from this holster it's easy to get a good grip on the gun. I don't have much to compare it to but I couldn't be more impressed with the quality.

I've got the same model, except southpaw and for a CM9.

So, I am not alone in concluding that James is a really extraordinary talent whom we are fortunate to know before he is so well known that his work will be twice as expensive and the wait will be over 6 months! :)
He is knocking out a reverse canted, tuckable clip AIWB holster for my J-frame right now. I told him what I wanted and he came up with a beautiful design that fits my specs precisely. And I have some other requests in the works. It is like having Don Hume or Milt Sparks at your beck and call! LOL! I'm kidding. James is a great guy and I am glad to know him! :)

I received the same holster from James a few days ago for my CW9. My CM9 fits in it very well also. The holster is just a tad long on the muzzle end with the CM9. Beautiful holster and well worth the money. Thanks James. Gotta get some pix posted. Been busy doing Patriot Guard rides on the Hog lately.:D

dueeast, PM inbound.
Questions about re-holstering in your new leather abound. They are questions pertaining to stuff such as collapse, slide movent to the rear, whatever you'd care to share.
Thanks,
salty

Sorry for the late response. Been out of state and just returned home. There is definitely no collapse or problem returning the pistol to the holster after drawn. No problem with unwanted movement. Just a VERY WELL made holster with a very good price. You can't go wrong with James Dean holsters.
