Looking forward to buy my second Kahr, have the great CM9, and she's good to go. Have some 1911, betwen Kimber's and SA, but now I want a Kahr .45 acp , any suggestions? Between CW or the PM? Thanks.:confused:

Welcome Raulf. I have the PM45 and love it to pieces. Both the CW and the PM are great guns. If you have large hands many find the CW a little easier to hang onto.
I have medium to small hands so the PM works fine for me. I wear mine usually on my ankle in a back up position to my 1911. Evenings and weekends it's usually the primary either on the belt or on the ankle.

I am trying to hold on for the arrival of the CM45... but the prices I keep seeing on the also very nice CW45 is making me kinda twitchy to just hit buy @ Buds:confused:,... Then there is that darn SR1911 I "need" too:D

Welcome. I have the CW40. I have large hands. Fits fine. Have the CM40 on order. Will let everyone know when it gets in.

Raulf, just to build off what Pitbull said. Would you consider a 40 or not? Since you have 9mm & .45 maybe you want to stick with the .45 and I can understand that, but if you would want to break into the .40 caliber look at the T40. If you like your Kimbers you will like this. Your 1911s may become jealous.

I just got a CW45 and my reaction after shooting it was "why did I wait so long to buy this?" It is exceptionally accurate, completely reliable, and to me felt noticeably softer to shoot than the PM45 (not that the PM was unmanageable). As much as I love my K9, the CW has been my main carry since. Typically in a Crossbreed Supertuck, with a couple spare extended mags in my pocket. My poor 1911s are starting to get pretty dusty... :(

Seems to be an ever growing number of folks who need that SR1911.

I finally broke down and put my name on a couple list, why does everything I want have to be like chicken lips to find.

Lot of CW fans around here.
