I just have to say bravo to Kahr for the P380. I shot my new one today for the first time and it ran like a top. I put some Speer Blazer and a box of Speer Gold Dot through it without a single hiccup. Again thank you Kahr. Now I just have to send my slide back to you guys for the XS night sights!

I shot a lemon size group at 7 yards last weekend with mine. I'm happy with that :) Just sent off my slide today to Kahr for trijicons. :cool:

Does anyone know the average turn around time for sending your slide off to Kahr to have NS installed?

I don't know if the P380 NS's are any different, but I sent my CW9 slide for the new Trij sights on a Tuesday (US Mail priority box....$4.90), it arrived at the mothership by Thursday afternoon, and my slide was in my hand via Fed-X on the following Thursday. Pretty fast turn-around if you ask me. (and excellent work)

With out being definitive, my local gunshop "thinks" 2 weeks or "so" to order one? Anybody have any options? Maybe I buy the plain jane on GB and send it out to Kahr for the sights...

I suggest doing some research to figure out which night sights that you want. There is a big selection out there. Once you know what you want it is just as easy to order the standard sight version and then buy the NS package that you really want and have a local gunsmith install - or send the slide to Kahr and let them install your choice. If you are handy you can do it yourself but i never elect that option. I have the Meprolight Tru dots on a PM45 - wish I had the xs big dots but do not want to go through the hassle and expense to change. I will get them on my next Kahr (probably a P380).

I'm not seeing that as the norm around here yet. I hope they come down like that on a regular basis. If/when the do I'll have to buy one for myself. Until then the wife gets it.
