Good Deal on a CW40?

Just curious: CheaperThanDirt is listing a Kahr CW40 for $354.00. I dont have a .40 caliber pistol in my collection and have been considering purchasing a CW40. Is this a good deal? Many thanks in advance for your feedback.

absolutely.is this including ffl transfer tax and shipping?
I bought mine at a gun show and paid 359+tax

I live within driving distance of one of the CTD retail stores (that doubles as my FFL transfer for no charge), so all I would pay is the $354 purchase price + shipping ($10.99) + plus state sales tax. That makes the total price to purchase around $400 in round numbers.
