CW9 Trijicon Front N/S Model Number?

Hey all,

Would somebody please provide me with the exact model number for the Trijicon night sight (preferably front sight) that fits the CW9? Or, a link where I can buy just the front sight?

I'm not looking for opinons on night sights -- simply just need direction to the Trijicon model number, and/or link.
