The wood grips Kahr sells are nice. Am planning on getting them once I get my K9 (on layaway now). I was wondering if there were any other options anyone can recommend?

The K9 I have on layaway is a NYPD trade in so the rubber grips are pretty worn. I probably will keep them for range use.

The Crimson Trace Laser grips are another option for you.... they fill out your hand slightly more than the factory rubberized one's. I like the way mine feel on my K9.

Personally, I'm not a fan of lasers. I like "iron sights". My plan is to start working on point and shoot. The less I have to think about in a bad situation, the better. I'm a big believer in muscle memory.... I do think the CT grip looks cool though.
