Im new here but not to kahr pistols. I had a cm9 and sold it. Wish i never did. I just recently bought a k40 covert. Its like brand new condition. From what i can tell it was made in 1997 but im not sure. Maybe someone can confirm that for me. I have also heard they are getting harder to find. Dont know if thats true either. Last question, Im thinking of getting the crimson laser grips. Will the grips that fit the new k40 fit mine. Sorry about all the questions. Thank you in advance.

I also have a K40 covert. the K40 grips are too long for the covert, what you need is a grip that will fit a MK40. Let some of these other real experts confirm that for sure before you lay down any bucks.

Not sure when they last made the K40 covert but it has been some years. Mine has been a good shooter and I enjoy it a lot.:)
