If you Google "Best Choices for Self Defense Ammo" you will find an excellent compilation of ballistic tests done by Dr. Gary Roberts, one of the most respected authorities in the field today. Reading this info will answer many of the questions listed in this forum and enlighten many about what really works and what doesn't. I keep going back to it for more info. Hope that this helps!
