I assume u will be leaving around 4 pm then--huh??? so so typical of far eastern people, who think they can take advantage of us Northern agression people. But still u would be invited as u well know...

Ah yes, the time when people celebrate the mythological resurrection of christ with stuffed bunnies, chocolate, and apparently, steaks. Makes perfect sense. :der: :w00t:

Easter already.... crap... now I gotta take down the @#$@#$ Christmas tree.

I attempted to do the Easter eggs today. Hard boilt. No fertilizin' them rascals, 'specially on Easter.

Off for a new mailbox - got the post in yesterday. Maybe the female unit will join me at DD for coffee. That would be a great Easter.

Happy Easter to all as well.

Gosh darn it I do live in a great state, Florida, with an even greater Governor Scott who has given all us common folk back what we have almost forgot was missing (well next year anyway): http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/04/07/rick-scott-approves-artif_n_1409749.html

Happy Easter everyone. I remember fondly the large family gatherings in the country... Mississippi... around Star... Braxton... D'Lo... mid-50's... where we would have kind of a family reunion. My favorite uncle would bring out his guns and we kids would all get to shoot. Easter was special because those brightly colored eggs made great targets sitting on the fence posts... reactive targets!

Jocko, I hope that you wear eye protection and keep your mouth closed when riding down the highway... unless you want a snack.:D

You certainly took the low road on that one. May God bless you anyway.

I agree with you on one thing stuffed bunnies and chocolate have nothing to do with celebrating the resurrection of Christ but myself and millions of christians disagree that it was mythological.I celebrated easter by taking my family to church and thanking the lord for all the many ways he has blessed me and my family.

I just got back from my sisters for an Easter brunch.

My moms new beau, I think he's 91 had mentioned several times that he had a 45 and I asked him to bring it sometime so I could see it. My mom went home and got it.

Turns out it's a Series 70 Colt. Little bit of holster wear but in pretty darn nice shape. Turns out a friend of his got rid of some guns and asked him if he wanted any to take his pick. He got this one for 55 bucks 3 years ago!

I offered up to 8 times his investment before we halted negotiations. I think his grandson, also a police armorer and a Deputy Chief I think will probably end up with it. I got to hold it for about an hour though.

It was a good day.

That is a good day. Family and firearms.

My 2nd son was home on leave for a few days and lunch was fantastic. The wife always cooks good. Son leaves tomorrow and not sure when he'll be back.

And thank God for his provision and for good friends on Kahrtalk.
