I had a bad mag (CW40), split at the top, sent it back to Kahr two weeks ago, I now have a new replacement as of today. I am pleased.
I have a CW40 (traded my PF9 for it) and a CM9 (bought three weeks after the CW40)...both perform great...no problems what so ever, but for the one broken magazine.
Love my Kahrs!

Did you have prior communication with Kahr or did you just send it back with a note?

kahr's mags have had their share of issues here and there... I remember my first pm40 mag splitting and I was like wth is going on with that. I wish they would find a better place to get them from! Glad your kahr's are in tip top shape and welcome to the site!

I did call ahead, I was told to put a note with the magazine, as they get so many with no return info or what the problem is.
