New member , new CM9

Hello from Alabama, War Damn Eagle! I just bought a keeper, my CM9. I have a kholster en route , but looking for a OWB. I don't open carry , but still like to have the option if need be. Any recommendations ? Do all CM9s fit PM9 holsters? Thanks!

cm9 and pm9 hoslters are all the same... and welcome to kahr talk, U are now a member of the cm9 club. they have a smile for the club logo but i AM NOT ALLOWED TO USE IT AS I have a PM9 but Tinman can giveu the secret hand shake to. Just sayin.

Welcome AUgrunt to Kahr Talk from the Bulldawg nation over here in Jaw Ja....I have a son and daughter that both graduated from Auburn and it's a fine school...I had to finally got used to all that orange and will pull for them unless they are playing the Dawgs...They were both very lucky to have been there during Cam's Heisman trophy and National Championship year and attended every home game and some of the road games...That was a magical year all right!!!

Welcome and great selection on your pistol.

As for a holster that's OWB and comfortable, I'd recommend the Blackhawk Check Six. I've carried my Glock in it for over a year and really like it. It can be used as a small of back or back of hip holster. According to Blachhawk, their one model for Kahrs also works for the CM9.

My Check Six for my CM9 is due here next week.

If you do a search on PJ Holster (http://pjholster.com/?page_id=37), you will find many of us saying it is the most perfectly comfortable, concealable holster there is for your CM9!

Your CM9 should make a great carry gun. Aside from my time in the Marine Corps I've never carried OWB so I can't help you with that.

Welcome to the forum n congrats on a sweet lil gun! +1 on the pj holster n I really like my talon grips. You will find more than enough info and help around here. But check out the prep and the lube stickies under the tech section if you haven't already.

Thanks! Bobby should have known better in this day and age. Can't mess around like Bear did and get away with it anymore.
As for the Gun , I put 100rds thorough after I bought it and the range. I had 1 FTF using cheap PMC ammo. I brought it home and cleaned it. I plan to do 100-150 more rounds this weekend , weather permitting of course. I also got 2 7rd mags from a trade to test out more.

Another new member with the CM9 as the opener here. Bought the CM9 last week, have already run 100 rounds of WWB 115gr. FMJ, and 30 rounds of Rem 115gr. JHP for carry options, and love it! Only one FTE with all rounds (pistol out of box, not cleaned, too eager to shoot=my fault), other than that PERFECT! I think I have found my carry gun from now on, with a Mitch Rosen OWB Slide, and a Crossbreed Micro IWB, both on order from Kahr Site. Anyway, love this little CM9, definitely a keeper.
