Just got back from testing out two new guns. Here's the range report:

Kahr CW45: After thoroughly cleaning and lubing and racking at home per the kahr prep threads. Fired 80 rounds of Blazer 230 gr. FMJ. Cycled perfectly. Slide locked back at the end of each mag. Zero FTF, FTE, or nosedives. The big fella was flawless, accurate, and feels great in my hand. I love this gun.

Ruger SR22: Bought this for wifey. She loves it. She fired 4 mags of CCI Mini-Mag 40 gr. without a hiccup. After a few shots, she really zeroed in and shot it very well. The rest of us fired it as well for a total of 120 rounds. Had one jam where the round came out nose up and the slide closed on the round, denting the casing. Weird. Never had that happen before.

I think we just had a sloppy mag load. So the initial impressions are very favorable. This little gun is a blast to shoot. Fired a couple of mags as rapidly as possible and it handled it perfectly. This gun really ejects the shells. Holy cow, they were flying 15-20 feet away consistently. If you're looking for a very fun little 22 plinker for the range, this one is a good one.

Glad to hear you had a good day.
Make sure to check that SR22 for any wear on the slide where it rides the rails. Also the barrel feed ramp tends to get gunky and sticky. It needs a little polishing. Make sure the bolt that holds the barrel to the frame is tight. I think it's a 9/64" allen.
Have fun with it!

Those are two guns I'd be interested in getting if I had an interest in getting any more handguns... if you know what I mean.

Those two are at the top of my list, too! The CW45 seems to be such a great value in a high quality 45 that is very compact and carryable. And the SR22 is interesting me more and more, though the S&W M&P22 is looking good, too.

Sounds like you got two good ones, congrats!

The CW45 keeps calling to me to buy one...Then they will release the CM45 and I will have to buy that too!

I figured for such a large caliber small frame gun it would really kick, but it is very manageable. Once she's worked in well and fired lots of SD rounds successfully, I think this will be my winter CC gun.

Thanks man. Wifey now has a gun that's fun for her to shoot. We'll just keep on shooting this one and slowly move up in caliber. It's all a part of my secret plan. Bwaahahahaaaaa.
