nonsequitur

Fired ~600 rounds through a new CM9 with frequent errors. The gun was deemed unreliable and filed away as such. I decided to take it along on another trip to the range and when removing from the bag, the mag floor came off and the contents came out. I decided to call Kahr and talk about it. I was told to package it and send it back. I included the following list in the memo with the return:
1. Bullets jam below the feed ramp.
2. Spent casings fail to eject.
3. Slide fails to lock back after the last round is fired.
4. Rear sight color washed off.
5. Magazine came apart when removing gun from a bag causing contents to spill out.
Three weeks later it was returned to me with the following memo:
Problem reported: Failure to feed, extract and eject, magazine base insecure. 1 mag.
Action Taken: Polished feed ramp, extractor, slide stop. Replaced magaxine base, rear sight. Lubed test fired good.
Just returned from the range where I fired 100 shots through it with zero errors.
