Item Description: Absolutely beautiful Kahr MK40 in excellent condition. May 1999 vintage, but you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at it. Fit and finish is superb and looks to be shot very little. Outside finish is a matte stainless with no scratches or rub marks. No box or docs. I shot this today for the first time (15 rounds) and it's just not for me.

Just get a comfortable IWB holster, these are GREAT guns! If you need a pocket gun also pick up a cheap Kel Tec P3AT 380. My MK40 is absolutely one of the best shooting guns I have ever owned. I had mine Magnaported, virtually NO RECOIL.

I might need to get it magnaported then, because nobody is interested in it. I love the gun, it's amazing, but the recoil is too intense for a self defense gun imho. It kicks harder than my 3" 44 magnum, and harder than my LCP 380 (when it was stock), both of which are painful.

Hell, it kicks harder than my S&W M&P 360 shooting full house 357 mag out of an 13 ounce snub nose j frame! It needs checkering too, because I can barely get a grip on it. I feel like its going to come out of my hands.

Jeep, I believe you are right. It's too nice to let go. Skateboard tape and magnaporting, and maybe in the future i'll get the front strap checkered.

How do you grip those smooth grips!?!
