both Kahr's came in
LC9's going bye-bye
Stripped both Kahr's and cleaned and lubed them. Both were clean as a whistle right out of the box.
Ran 125 rnds thru the CM9, 75 thru the CW9.
One FTL which I may have caused by popping the mag in too hard or loading the last round into the mag improperly.
Both shot extremely well.
As soon as the CT lasers arrive, they both go one concealed duty.
Mrsdoc gets the CW9, the best shooter of the two.

Ok, I'll talk to myself. :p
Range visit #2.
Shot them both at 25yds.
CM9 was a challenge to grip well, but I shot all COM at 25.
CW9 is a dream to shoot. Best small pistol I've ever owned.
Grouped well at 25yds.
Waiting on both CT lasers to arrive, but MrsDoc and I will be carrying our new Kahr's starting tomorrow.
My LC9 sold today, her's goes tomorrow.

Hey!!! I'll talk to ya!!!
I was impressed with my dads CM9 so much that I had to buy one too. I have no experience with the CW but if it's anything like the CM it has ot be great. As far as the CM being small...I learned with my p3at ( on the trading block ) the most important thing in my grip is the left hand. My first small pistol was the G27 and I didn't have to change anything about the way I gripped the pistol. However, these smaller pistols require a bit more attention from the left hand to steady them IMHO.
However, don't take my comments as a negative. The CM9 is an outstanding weapon that has not failed on me yet and it is very accurate....especially for what it's purpose is. I just had to learn to grip these smaller pistols a little different/better.

I have one of each. I agree with you that the CW9 is outstanding. I like the CM9 and often carry the pistol, but truly prefer the CW9. I say it is the best carry pistol I have ever shot. After 900 plus rounds the trigger is so smooth. Great balance you know the rest, thin - light - and reliable!

You said you got rid of your LC9. Was it the trigger that disappointed?

Congrats and looks like you got some fine shooters there. Enjoy them! I really like the laser on my CW45. I have fun practicing my point shooting at various objects then hit the laser button to see how close I would have been. I keep getting better.
