I purchased a brand new P380 a couple of months ago. I had numerous problems during and after the suggested break-in period. I sent it back to Kahr and they had for about 3 weeks.
Here is the Action Taken:
Replaced Cocking Cam, Cocking Cam Pin, Ejector, Extractor, Striker Block, Recoil Springs, Slide Stop.
I took it to the range and out of a box of 50, I had 1 FTF. Is there another break-in period after all of those items were replaced?
I plan to go to the range this weekend and try it again.

I'd say anytime your introducing new parts in a gun there is some degree of break in. Probably not any where near 200 with the parts you mentioned.
I'd for sure give it more time, lot of other factors that could create one issue in 50. Ammo being #1. Maybe a less than perfect grip also being a big culprit.
Take her for a spin again and see how she acts.

I think that they replaced all of that stuff on mine, too, and I had an extractor problem.
I wouldn't be surprised that it takes another 100 or two rounds before everything is smoothed out, but not necessarily. Mine worked okay but didn't seem to like Ranger T JHP. The nose is maybe a bit wider or something, but didn't want to go up the ramp... just bang into the ramp and stay there... kind of like diving. I have some Gold Dots coming in today and I'll try those. I carry the Buffalo Bore +P Gold Dots in mine, but my wife wouldn't like shooting those. I'm hoping that the Gold Dots are "milder" and feed well for her. I still think that I'll swap recoil springs with her because they replaced those and it's really a stout rack. Mine's slightly better, but not easy for her to rack.
Good luck. I hope your just gets better. They are the best little .380 available... IMHO... and I like that it functions exactly as its big siblings do.

Yeah, definately put a few more rounds downrange, see what ammo it likes now and all that stuff you do when you break in a new gun.

Well I went back to the range this past Sunday and put another 50 through it. I had 1 FTF out of 50 again.
I am going try and few more boxes of 50 and see what happens.
